Recommended reading: Handbook for bloggers and cyber-dissidents
I’ve stumbled upon a nice reading material, “Handbook for bloggers and cyber-dissidents“.

In this book, it emphasizes on the ethics of publishing materials on weblog, since Internet is theoritically a free space without any rules in publishing information. It also covers some techniques which are commonly used if one is required to publish information anonymously due to physical safety considerations.
Tor approach is mentioned in the book, you can check my previous post “Using Tor and Privoxy in Firefox Web Browser, if you need more detailed information. I understand that this Tor technology may be misused by some inconsiderate individuals or organizations, as there’s no serious control over usage of Tor. So, what I can quote here is..
