Firefox Extension: Smart Digg Button
I wonder how many of you out there subscribe to digg.com? I am a big fan of some of their technology related categories. It is useful when you get to know what’s happening out there in the industry everyday, it will also help you in a few blog topics occasionally.
Digg.com has recently released their API to the public, intended to boost the acceptance of the service to another level. Smart Digg Button is one of the many useful tools based on Digg’s API.
This plugin is brought to you by Neothoughts.com. If a web page you are browsing is already submitted to digg.com, the status bar will show how many people have dugg this page.
If the page is not yet submitted to Digg.com, the “Digg This” button will allow you to submit that particular page to Digg’s submission form.
Pretty handy plugin if you ask me, try it out yourself. Please note that a Digg account is needed in order to submit any page.
